It's my second week with the Friday I believe link up! :)
Thank you to the few people who participated last week!
Thank you to the few people who participated last week!
To participate:
Post about five things you believe in. Link to my blog in your post and then link up below! Easy, yeah?
I believe...
[1] In belting out your favorite songs on the freeway. Even if your voice cracks like mine. Even when someone catches you, just keep on singing...
[2] In stealing pens from restaurants. Hey, if the pen fits, use it.
[3] In feeling proud of yourself because you got up and did XYZ. It's the little things and you gotta start somewhere!
[4] In skipping out on happy hour to stay home and watch Pretty Little Liars.
[5] In getting excited for blog friends. I have a few little blog BFF's that make my day. EVERY WEEK. I feel like we're The Babysitter's Club only cooler and older ;)
What do you believe in?
I also am a HUGE believer in belting out songs in the car.. especially if said songs are from The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, or.. the Beatles? haha
ReplyDeleteI'm always excited for blog friends too... I'll email you this weekend and maybe a few of us can start planning that blogger meetup :)
Love #1...as you probably know from my incredibly ridiculous post yesterday! :)
ReplyDeleteI love restaurant pens! I ate a sushi restaurant once called Kona Grill and I loved the pen! I took it....but I felt so bad...that I told the waiter I took it.... he just laughed. :)
Oh I am def. a believer of #1! I may not be any good when I do this but who cares its so much fun!
ReplyDeleteBelting out songs - I do this everywhere. Freeway... Driveway, whatever. :)
ReplyDeleteI will take a pen if it has the restaurant name on it and I think it's super cool. I will not take waiter's personal pens. Sometimes if they don't seem like they have more than one, I will leave one from my purse so they have an extra (that you probably will steal from them, klepto - kidding, smoochies!)
I'm proud of myself all the time. For things I should not be. It's fine.
TV is so much cooler than happy hour except for the happy hours at home b/c they are so much cheaper and you can wear PJs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Yes, that many exclamations = necessary)
Blog friends are awesome except I don't even feel like we're blog friends, I feel like we're real friends. I guess you can be both at once, but if I had to choose one, I say real friend. And I love the Babysitter's Club!!! I would say I could still pass for 16 but since I stopped getting IDed for booze this year I guess not. I must look 21 finally.
Restaurants have the best pens. Just sayin.
ReplyDeletegirl I believe in belting out ANY song in the car, shower, house (and it is always more fun when you are nakey lol!)
ReplyDeletei will admit, i'm a tool at how to link up. please teach me and then i'll do it!! i believe in singing in the car. that's the place where i sound so amazing. just ask my dog and little brother and sister :)
ReplyDelete#3 is so true. We can often be our worst critic and not give ourselves credit so I think this one is really important. Love #1 as well :) #5 just makes me think of you and Lauren hahaha. You guys are hilarious on Twitter... I can only imagine what your private conversations are like, haha.
ReplyDeletei've been belting out Rolling In the Deep every time i get in my car…and more than once at a time. if only my white girl voice could sound like her soulful voice. sigh.
ReplyDeletestealing pens is rudeeee!! haha…no not really. usually those waiters have 100 in their pocket.
i totally want to link up to this, but i've already got font friday. i might do this next week and use fonts so i can do both. 2 birds, 1 stone my friend. :)
p.s. your comment made me LOL in real life.
Ya for blog friends and for singing as loud as you can in the car. My hub also believes in this =)

ReplyDeleteThis is a really great 'link up'. I only EVER feel comfortable singing in my car on the freeway. That's weird, right?!
